Iconic Legends Pvt. Ltd. has tied up numerous artisans and craftsmen throughout India and has special emphasis on Chattisgarh tribal arts. IconicLegends runs on a stock and sell model, and curates an inspired collection of products from its partner artisans and master craftsmen, and stocks them at its warehouse in Nagpur, Maharashtra India from where these products are delivered directly to you.
Yes, we offer online sales through our website at www.iconiclegends.in to the several countries across the globe. However, the cost of the products across countries may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, and delivery costs. Please note that there may be certain countries where delivery would not be possible, and you will be informed if delivery is possible to the address of your choice at the stage of checkout of the product.
Iconiclegends does not have a company owned production unit. Our mission has always been to provide the product of artisans and craftsmen located across the length and breadth of the country to the final customer, at the convenience of a mouse click. The artisans and craftsmen are based across India, employing their regional textile skills and specialties. Our commitment is to ensure that these artisans and craftsmen are adequately compensated for their work, and the objective is to provide an international market to the different arts and crafts of India.
Yes, all IconicLegends products are handmade. It is for this reason that we maintain that every product sold on our website is unique and there may be minor differences in two products of the same kind. This is due to the very nature of the process by which our craftsmen and artisans especially make these products for you, the final customer.
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit / debit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from www.iconiclegends.in
We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within 5-7 working days.You will also be sent a confirmation email after your order has been dispatched detailing the shipping company used for delivery and the tracking code given by the shipping company.
we accept various domestic and international credit / debit cards, and payments made through net banking from all major Indian Banks. Along with all major wallets and payment apps.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at IconicLegends?
We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers – cc avenue, instamojo etc.
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. You may send us an email at IconicLegends should you wish to purchase any product which is not in stock and we will endeavor to make it available.
You do not have to create an account on www.iconiclegends.in when you place an order. There are several benefits to creating an account including but not limited to storing your details for convenience of shopping and availing of various promotions and offers which may be available only to members.
All IconicLegends orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Nagpur, Maharashtra to your provided shipping address. All our prices are inclusive of GST. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes if applicable which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice / receipt from our shipping partner for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
All of IconicLegends orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse to your provided shipping address via reputed international courier companies. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our international shipping partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
All IconicLegends orders are shipped door to door, via a number of shipping companies within India and Internationally from our warehouse in Nagpur & Bhilai India to your provided shipping address.
Once we receive your order, we process your order and hand it over to the shipping company as per shipping and delivery time frame mentioned against each product unless communicated to you otherwise. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at email@example.com with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes. Please note that we will not be able to change the address of an order placed for India delivery to International delivery or vice versa since the pricing for India and international deliveries is different from each other.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
In case of International and Domestic shipping, the shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility on our website and as well as through the shipping company’s website based on the courier tracking details emailed to you. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
